Introduction

"Time Traces" ("we") is a software service platform designed to meet people's needs to record how they spend their time. We recognize the importance of personal information to you and are committed to protecting your personal information securely and reliably. We promise to adopt appropriate security measures in line with mature industry standards to protect your personal information. To provide you with our products/services (hereinafter referred to as "services") and improve service quality, we will collect, store, use, and provide your personal information (hereinafter referred to as "information") following principles such as responsibility consistency, clear purpose, consent, minimal necessity, security assurance, participant involvement, and transparency. 3.1 Storage Duration

Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will stop collecting your personal information when you stop using our services and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.

We have established and improved security measures that meet industry standards to protect user personal information. We strictly set access permissions for user personal information based on the principle of necessity and minimal authorization, controlling the scope of knowledge about user personal information.

We take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no unrelated personal information is collected. We will retain your information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law. For example, the "E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China" requires that information on goods and services, transaction information be retained for no less than three years from the date of transaction completion; the "Cybersecurity Law" requires that relevant network logs be retained for no less than six months. The criteria for determining the aforementioned period include:

In the event of a security incident involving personal information leakage, we will initiate emergency plans according to legal and regulatory requirements to prevent the expansion of security incidents and notify you. The notification may include basic information about the security incident, possible impacts, measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedies for you. We will promptly inform you of the event by email, letter, phone, push notification, etc. If it's difficult to inform individual information subjects one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue an announcement.
